I believe he is selling "advertisement" space, not the the site itself. Hmm what type of system is in place to prevent automation? Do the users have to at least submit a captcha or something of that nature ? They must stay on the Tab, if they swtich the Tab then the countdown stops until they are looking at your site again 3.
