I don't know what a trafficker sells girls for, but she is going to have to work night and day to make 3% of what she costs. For an actual investment, buy real estate. No one is making more land. You'll have to look for something more realistic.
"Risk free" rates of return right now are roughly 1% per year. "Low risk" investments right now are 4-5% per year. The riskiest investments are highly volatile on long time scales but might get you like 7-8% per year when averaged over decades. 3% per week is 365% per year. Good luck with that. But you have to be willing to tolerate long periods of negative returns and volatility; you certainly won't be getting a consistent weekly payout, which seems to be what the OP is after.
