Title: Paper wallets Post by: DigitalPirateman on October 02, 2014, 06:51:50 PM I been looking for a paper wallet generator developer for a while but what am I willing paying for them to do for my altcoin? My altcoin is scrypt so I know its off of Litecoin.
and if we get the paper wallets I got alot of coins to put on the wallets will it work just the same? I understand a little about the paper wallets my goal is to store these coin on there and show people how our coin and bitcoin works without using bitcoins. Well I just learned that bitcoin wallets used a first letter in there tags im sure bitcoins is a number but litecoin starts with an L and i know Name coins start with an N but since my coin is like litecoin it starts with an L. I think I am correct but not 100% sure Title: Re: Paper wallets Post by: randayh on October 03, 2014, 04:49:33 AM You are correct.
Litecoin uses as public network version of 48 and private key prefix of 170 which is the same as Gytecoin. This will hash to a letter starting with L and private key starting with 6. Title: Re: Paper wallets Post by: Randy M Kim on October 03, 2014, 05:17:22 AM Hello I'm Randy Kim
