You can email them here: info@landofbitcoin.com and ask to include your faucet on their site. Or you can ask them on their thread on bitcointalk but I would chose the email which they have mentioned on their website to be safe. How is your faucet better? Thee are other places to get listed too. Besides that, there's self promotion as well.
