^ i've sent them $200 cash through the mail and they were nice enough to give me the rate I submitted the order at even though the price of a BTC had sharply risen in the time of transit. I don't think many people would want to pay a 10% fee for cash.

However, anyone looking to get some cash in the mail quickly (usually within 3 days) from someone trustworthy, PM me. I'll admit that my 10% fee is quite high and I'm sure you could find a cheaper service, but I doubt you will find a better or more secure service.
