But like all hosting companies our sites are on different server's than our customer's. So it was nothing more than a DB problem on our site.
Now for the answer's here: a. Yes b. Yes c. As long as you are not doing anything illegal or against ICANN no. Like all companies in the U.S. we must abide by all laws there.
