real simple
tera=trillion
giga=billion

Each is 1000 times more

1 tera in 1000 giga
1 giga in 1000 mega

0.10TH/s is equal to 100GH/s

I'm in all kinds of science classes sorry.  You use a a conversion factor to go from one measurement to the other so for example if you have 0.25TH/s you multiply by the conversion factor since you know 1TH/s=1000GH/s. .25 x 1000 = 250GH/s
