Title: Does the bitcoin price reach the bottom? Post by: xinxi on October 07, 2014, 03:48:45 PM Who knows? You shouldn't bet on that. But the volatility has a chance to decrease. The following picture shows the volatility of BTC/USD. (The daily OHLC data from coindesk.com was used).
http://s29.postimg.org/n7a38l8wj/BTC_USD_volatility.jpg (http://postimg.org/image/n7a38l8wj/) There is quite an obvious regularity of the volatility peaks and valleys. And the current volatility is probably at a peak and has a big chance to go down. If you want to take advantage of this volatility regularity, you can trade options. I just launched options trading platform, you may want to have a look at it: https://coinut.com. Title: Re: Does the bitcoin price reach the bottom? I totally agree with you. Bitcoin's price is the craziest thing that I have ever seen. I traded in the FX market for many years, and I also watched 08's craziness, but that's just small stuff compared with bitcoin. Title: Re: Does the bitcoin price reach the bottom?
