The "prank" was a one minute and forty nine seconds clip of the teenager attempting to sell a plastic bag of sugar to a police officer, who retaliates by aggressively tackling the innocent victim on the ground and kicking the victim's helpless body, as he screams in pain and apologizes. After he's done, he is seen screaming "Get the fuck out of here!", tipping his hat when the prankster leaves. The police officer from the start suspects it's a filmed prank so I don't see why he would then act that way. Probably just another lame YouTube copycat prankster trying to get some free publicity.
