Mintpal is not a registered trademark anywhere in the world, I have searched. They can only sue to take it, if the domain is being used to slander their company. And Im pretty sure Mintpal isn't registered anywhere anyways. Itd be cheaper for them to buy the domain off of you than hire a lawyer and go through courts.
