What the best way to see movies and mining?? Title: Re: I can't see movies (Xvid-avi) when im mining Post by: gigitrix on May 13, 2011, 08:52:14 PM On a related but not exactly on-topic point that my roommate found, if you are a miner with a decent enough CPU, turn off Flash's "Hardware Acceleration" in the options and youtube etc. should run a lot nicer (and not cut into your hashes :D)
Title: Re: I can't see movies (Xvid-avi) when im mining Post by: fasti on May 14, 2011, 12:17:18 AM Put your miner aggression lower so it gives space for general computer use. Any video(flash/player) will cut down mining speed even with hardware acceleration off. For me ~-5Mhash/s.
