No bug on the page, That page has two lines of code on the server. I think maybe your browser is hijacked, check your computer for viruses.

No you dont need to use the generator. simply using a url in the form http://mycryptcoin.com?rid=<any bitcoin address> is enough...

If you create an ad (http://anonymousads.com/ads/new) with link "http://mycryptcoin.com?rid=", it will be automatically appended with reward addresses of affiliates that send traffic to you, and when your site pays to that affiliates, it will get more impressions from them. Should be efficient way of advertising, you just need to bootstrap it with some initial btc :)

10%... is it 0.00001 btc for each visitor that submits his/her bitcoin address?

You put your special url on your website or anywhere else on the internet. anybody that makes a request for free BitCoin using your url will put 10% of whatever the payout is into your wallet. If the requester hits the 1000th request jackpot you make 10% of that too. You make 10% of whatever payout that user gets. If there is a 100 BTC payout promotion in the future and the user hits it from your URL, you get 10% of that too. You get paid 10% of ANY payout made using yout URL

I've been using your referral program quite a lot with Skude.se/BTC (http://skude.se/BTC), but it now seems the site is no longer accepting referral links. Are you shutting down the referral program?
