At least 5,000 chemical warheads were discovered in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom after the US invasion in 2003.

Many of the munitions were discovered at the Al Muthanna compound which is now held by ISIS.

In July ISIS looted Iraq’s largest chemical weapons plant in al Muthanna.



The Pentagon kept this information confidential for several years.
The New York Times reported:

From 2004 to 2011, American and American-trained Iraqi troops repeatedly encountered, and on at least six occasions were wounded by, chemical weapons remaining from years earlier in Saddam Hussein’s rule.

In all, American troops secretly reported finding roughly 5,000 chemical warheads, shells or aviation bombs, according to interviews with dozens of participants, Iraqi and American officials, and heavily redacted intelligence documents obtained under the Freedom of Information Act…

…The New York Times found 17 American service members and seven Iraqi police officers who were exposed to nerve or mustard agents after 2003. American officials said that the actual tally of exposed troops was slightly higher, but that the government’s official count was classified.

Ahh the chemical weapons the US sold to Saddam when he was 'one of our guys.'

Strange why Bush covered it up, he knew there were no WMD's so he could have at least used this as part-justification for his illegal invasion.

Yes, that cover up  is really odd. There were many accusations on all levels because the lack of WMDs and such a find would have prove that they were right indeed.
So if we apply Occam's razor on these news we can say probably there are no WMDs they are just warming up the old BS, or they preparing to some sort of false flag attack.

Perhaps another reason to go to "war" for some oil. After the first one how do you know this one isn't fake either.

I wish this were some neo-con fantasy like the WMDs from the war. But unfortunately these are real munitions from before the first gulf war. They are not exactly in the hands of IS. My understanding is that they were buried on site somewhere. But it is true that they could be discovered and even used.

We never should have poked the hornets nest in the mid east, but now that we have there is no going back. We will have to deal with stuff like this for the rest of our lives.

Bush knew there weren't any WMDs in Iraq when we started the war after 9/11. It has taken this long for us to get them there, and then make like we are just discovering them, now.

We have always needed to protect ourselves. One of the greatest deterrents to our protection seems to be our government.

The question is, will those in our government who are supplying WMDs to Iraq, use them to protect us? Or will they use them to take over the whole world, including the people of America?

Personally, I think this is a move to take over the whole world.

lol. yeah, I don't think we should go get them either. I seriously doubt they would consider using them outside of the caliphate region. It would be easier to make ricin or sarin in the U.S. than smuggle it in. But damn, of all the people to wind up with this stuff.

If ISIS manages to control some oil fields, then the US will attack it in 'self-defence'.  ;D

The issue is not just using them in the US, it is the fact they have access to the weapons period. ISIS could easily use the chemical weapons in Iraq to commit even more genocide or could use it against any other civilized country that does not protect it's border as "well" as the US does.

EDIT: The ISIS would also probably not enter the US legally if they were to use these weapons, they would probably enter illegally in a similar fashion that the illegal immigrants enter

whether it is actually real or just a game and only the American media conspiracy, as we all know that America has an interest in countries arab, america has oil interests in Iraq who want to master the American sehinggan mastered the world's oil, with control of the American oil will dominate the world's energy, and the dependence of other countries on the big America, hopefully this can be the awareness of other countries in the world ...  8)
