Hi,

I would like to check the forum support for crowd funding of a mini rig. If you are like me, you don't have the money to go at it alone.
I'm looking for another 9 people ready to invest 300 bitcoins each in purchasing one.
I will run the mini rig at my locations and I will keep 10% as operating cost. We will split the profits until the unit dies. If I become unable to operate the unit, I will transfer it to another share holder.
We can iron out the details, I just want to check for interest.

Each share is equivalent to 2.291GH/s and valued 300BTC.

Buy shares in RSM then we can buy our third board 1.0435MH/s@0.0609W per share paid.  We have 648 shares at 0.4 (259.2BTC) plus someone else is selling off 90 shares.  I could get the board shipped next week.

You are offering something which will cost three times more per 1MH/s.

I'm also operating and paying out weekly already.

To be honest I think the same but if he bought my shares I don't have to deal with him like this private venture seems you would have to?

Tho he has been trying to redeem himself recently.  Good luck with your venture I would do the same but I didn't feel there was market depth there for that amount quickly enough.

You should be making your calculations at a block reward of 25 and difficulty greater than 1750000

It is simple, just divide by 2 the daily reward and figure out the future difficulty. :)

Put it up on GLBSE with shares at ~0.1 BTC a piece, finding a handful of people that give you 300 BTC straight away might be hard.

I'm sure you are right, but I would like to build a partnership, and not go trough GLBSE.
If any other forum member can offer better terms, I will be glad to participate in his operation.
