I have 4 r-boxes running on windows 7 with cgminer and I have to power down briefly and since I have powered back up one miner isn't working. It has power and the red light is on but cgminer doesn't see it. I tried the miner on mine peon as well and it doesn't work. Tested a new USB cable and it doesn't work.
