Order has been pending for several days, customer support is non-existent. They don't respond to emails, don't answer the phone and their mailbox is full. I'm going to assume I've lost all my coins I had sent to them. Entirely my fault for not doing enough research to know hash-master.com has always had awful customer support and using them wasn't a good idea. Just making this thread so that anyone else out there doesn't make the same idiotic mistake I have made. Keep those Bitcoins safe guys, don't be me. |
