Jim Rickards, a senior adviser to the CIA and the Pentagon, has said the CIA and 16 of the country's intelligence agencies have been circulating a memo detailing the start of  25 year great depression.  The end of the US as the world's reserve currency and a $100 trillion bust (which I assume is referring to both assets and derivatives which stand at $480 trillion world wide).  Global anarchy to ensue.

These sources are not credible in my book. Also the CIA does not know when an economic crisis will occur as they are not in the business of predicting outcomes in economic markets.

This is nothing but FUD

The bulk of this article relies on the misery index. This all attributes to both the inflation and unemployment rate. Considering that this index has no precedent of predicting anything in the past, then I see no reason to rely on it in the present. Besides, there are TONS and TONS of other factors to think about and not just inflation/unemployment.

These articles are crap and bait to sell you something. Rickards has been consulted by the CIA in the past but that's all. He's written a couple of books on the "impending financial collapse". While I believe we're going downhill fast, these websites you quoted are still trash and not worth discussing.

This, most people I know want the gov to tie them up and keep them safe.  They always say "if you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear!"  This is from "free" people.

In other words the author of the article in the OP is really just trying to sell his book. Sounds like he is making a outrageous claim as a sales tactic 

That's certainly what it seems like to me. In no event is the source of the article trustworthy, but there are pitches to buy various items in the article. Just driving traffic by making outlandish claims and hope someone buys something.
