We want to make in-game IRI exchange house, so players can buy IridiumCoin with
BitCoin, LiteCoin and other major altcoins, or exchange IRI earned in game for altcoins
and real money. Only 30 altcoins with most votes will be added to exchange house.
Poll will be open for 1000 days. Maximum 3 votes per user

More about IridiumCoin:

IridiumCoin is designed to be a valuable virtual currency for space based MMO game.
Game will be a mix of EVE online, Second Life and WoW. Gamers will use IRI to purchase
space ships, special weapons, different types of engines, armors, experience points, pilot licences
and many other types of upgrades. Also, IridiumCoin can be earned in game (very hard), or looted
in attacks, and exchanged for Bitcoin or money on exchange websites.
After battle, winner can recycle opponent fleet, and sell scrap for IridiumCoin. Game release in 2017.

IRI transporter. This big ship is heavy armored, mobile treasury..
Purpose of ship is fast transport of IridiumCoins from one planet to another.
When ship arive to planet, coin-packs are distributed between local banks and exchanges

Commonly, IRI transporter have a strong guard fleet in front and behind the ship.
Mission of the guard fleet is to protect precious cargo from attackers.

If your clan have a powerful weapon, experience and sophisticated hacking-device,
you can try to attack convoy, and seize coins from IRI transporter.
Storage can contain maximum 1,000 IRI

You could save yourself a lot of trouble and instantly take advantage of a large number of assets by using Ripple as the back end of your exchange. Use gatewayd (https://github.com/ripple/gatewayd) (intro video (http://youtu.be/WUkyQrINb-o)) as the gateway infrastructure to link the game's servers into Ripple's decentralized exchange and your users can trade IRI against any of the other assets currently traded (http://www.ripplecharts.com) on Ripple.

Your game client code could present a curated selection of trade pairs within the game, but users would also have the option to trade against the full range of cryptos, fiat and physical vaulted bullion using the Ripple client of their choice. This will give IRI better liquidity than if it is only traded by players within the game.

Long before you go live, offer autobridging (https://ripple.com/introducing-offer-autobridging/) will be deployed, so IRI should enjoy liquidity to all manner of assets without additional effort on your part. Think about it.

Biggest and most hard working community out there.

The NXT ecosystem has one of the best (dev oriented) communities and has awesome crypto features, plus it's part of the SuperNET(work), so yeah, it's an obvious choice :)

Last I heard (end october), 17 devs have access to the github Nxt development code branch. Nxt is growing fast, because the fact is that the Nxt platform is awesome to build blockchain technology on top of it. Anyone that did not take a look at Nxt yet, should definitively take a look at it now.

I'd say use BTC. It's the most common and used coin going.

And a few old farts like myself.........I never get how people think that Nxt is good at marketing.
Ask anyone who's actually involved in Nxt; we're great on the tech, and completely wobbly on marketing.

For example: CounterParty and Smart Contracts...XCP price doubled recently on the news that they could implement SC, while Nxt has had 2 separate SC implementations in development for a while now (and one simplified version already running).  Yay...marketing.

I will wager Jinn's skyrim mod/distributed multi player will be the breakthrough for Nxt. Though something could come out of SuperNet without any notice, it's got a lot of people excited and working that I think only James has an idea of everything  :D But I'll stick with Jinn at the moment.


6-12 months before any of that happens though I'd say, in which time most other alts that take up people's time and effort on here atm will fall away into oblivion, clearing the stage for some exciting times ahead :D

What about Horizon Coin? I'd vote for that because NXT would have been the next big thing if they had a fair initial distribution but Horizon Coin is an attempt for a fair initial distribution and taking it to the next step with better programming. I also don't see some of the other coins that are on the Blocknet. Looks like someone needs to do a little more research ::)
