Scammers often delay as long as they can and then completely stop responding. Hopefully he doesn't came back with the my account was hacked excuse. Not calling him a scammer but it doesn't look good after seeing him respond to your PMs, delay and then stop responding. That and it's been over 24 hours, right? Shouldn't more then a couple of minutes to send a skrill payment unless you're acting as a man in the middle and waiting for someone else to send the payment.
