CANN is really a good coin atm. But probably it could be too late to invest in it. Price is pretty high. I think we could
see a price correction in the next days and I don´t want to get my investors burnt.

I am looking for undervalued coins out there which have huge potential in the near future. (marketplace, unique developments, real world use etc) no p&d coins you can find on the huge newspages. I am an longterm investor.

Edit: in the last weeks we reported about Diamond DMD, NobelCoin NOBL and Groestl GRS.

Particle’s key differentiator in the crypto currency marketplace is its advanced wallet technology.  Unlike most “alt coins” that are simple copy-and-paste clones of Bitcoin-Qt with a few parameter changes, Particle has a unique wallet with user friendly features for a sublime user experience.
It is a great currency,

Severely undervalued at present
yes, OPAL is a good option to go.
Otherwise you should also look at XBoT, PMP and KTK.
All heavily undervalued with interesting features:

XBoT: Twitter trading bot, currently same development ongoing for Weibo (longer registration process for developers).
KTK: one of the first fully freely distributed coins with marketplace about to go live.
PMP: one of the recent freely distributed coins with long six month distribution process, rare.
OPAL: html5 wallet plus marketplace plus some more features, see the link already provided.

Guldencoin

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=554412.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=554412.0)

Great dev team, loads of merchants and a low price at the moment. It's a country coin so most people don't even pay any attention to it which I can sort of understand but IMO this is the best altcoin out there for the long term.

A little more speculative at this stage but I'm also watching Sterlingcoin

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=721936.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=721936.0)

Currently around 30% through a 3-4 month POW period that will leave only around 5 million coins in circulation before moving to POS. Lots of developing going on, a dev team that have revealed their identities for all to see and are quick to answer questions and keep their promises and a price of only around 2300 Sats at the moment. There are also several merchants already on board after only a month of operation. This one could be a BIG winner.

And one for pure speculation would be Shibecoin

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=724624.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=724624.0)

Lots of problems with previous incarnations of this coin to say the least but with only 300 million coins and a new team in place, a price of around 15 Sats at this point is well worth a punt.

Disclaimer - I hold all the coins above for better or worse

KORECOIN:

Two technologies that cryptoworld haven't seen before...

- The new AnonVoip, permits to Use the KORE Address to Address Feature providing you the Security and Confidence of 100% ANONYMOUS Never Traceable Phone calls. The next versions will add ANON KORE Address to Address for Video Calls and the Addition of Traditional Phone Number to Phone Number Chat and Calling.

- The new PoBa (Proof of burn anonymous) it's the REAL solution to give a REAL anonymity to the users, and all ideas that there are around the forum are only words.
It's PoB based. PoB means Proof of Burn, it working when people send coins to a special address, those coins going to be destroy, and user take back a block with the same amount plus a interest. Usually PoB works with the same address that have sent.
A user that want to hide the sources of his coins, simple send coins to a special Kore address, select the address where he want to receive the new coins, and wait a random number of blocks. After this he'll receive the same coins burned, like he has mined it. New address, generation, no history of this coins, totaly anonymous.

The old coins are going to be stored in the special and nonexpendable address and subtracted from the total coins.

The new PoBa guarantees an unprecedented anonymity never seen before.

This is a INCREDIBLE project.

For the first time there is a new form of economy and communication built together, of global proportions, all completely anonymous.

how about Tilecoin, First coin integrate IoT (Internet of things),and been developed by previous IBM and Skype members.

Lot of potential to be next top 10 coin.

Here is the link:

Tilecoin:XTC
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=761852.0

https://gigaom.com/2014/09/09/check-out-ibms-proposal-for-an-internet-of-things-architecture-using-bitcoins-block-chain-tech/

Check out IBM’s proposal for an internet of things architecture using Bitcoin’s block chain tech

http://img02.taobaocdn.com/imgextra/i2/888367355/TB2i2lZaVXXXXcPXXXXXXXXXXXX_!!888367355.jpg

Same protocol as IBM's Adapt project. they both use Telehash.
But it seems Tilecoin will complete that protocol earlier than IBM's project!!! :o
http://img01.taobaocdn.com/imgextra/i1/888367355/TB2FpXGaVXXXXaAXpXXXXXXXXXX_!!888367355.jpg

Telehash: It’s one thing for devices to use block chain to understand contracts and capabilities, but they also need to communicate it, which is why Adept is using Telehash, a private messaging protocol that was built using JSON to share distributed information. It’s creator Jeremie Miller says at its simplest telehash is a “very simple and secure end-to-end encryption library that any application can build on, with the whole point being that an “end” can be a device, browser, or mobile app.” He added, “Perhaps, you can think of it as a combination of SSL+PGP that is designed for devices and apps to connect with each other and create a secure private mesh?” A new version of the software is expected soon.
http://telehash.org/ (http://telehash.org/)

https://gigaom.com/2014/09/09/check-out-ibms-proposal-for-an-internet-of-things-architecture-using-bitcoins-block-chain-tech/ (https://gigaom.com/2014/09/09/check-out-ibms-proposal-for-an-internet-of-things-architecture-using-bitcoins-block-chain-tech/)
Really?
Yes, check this

From tilecoin dev:
 IoT (Internet of Things)
Hardware is ordered and awaiting shipment.  Grin
Waiting for meeting with Jeremie Miller from http://telehash.org
Firmware/Software in planning phase
Basically, Individuals/Companies can use the wallet to manage their IoT devices and be able to accept TileCoin/Bitcoin for data being transmitted from their IoT device.

From IBM‘s Adapt project:

Telehash: It’s one thing for devices to use block chain to understand contracts and capabilities, but they also need to communicate it, which is why Adept is using Telehash, a private messaging protocol that was built using JSON to share distributed information. It’s creator Jeremie Miller says

So Tilecoin is doing similar things as IBM's Adapt project. but it seems Tilecoin can be completed earlier than IBM's Adapt project.

They should invest in NODE which is a payment system and not just a coin. Why invest now? Because the usd and eur are still on integration process and the price is low. This project is not a copy of anything and has been planned years ago. Now is advanced and soon is gonna be something really big which can be direct btc competiton. This is not the altcoin of the week... this is serious. If u want the altcoin of just a week check mintpal or bittrex volume and you'll know which coin is the coin of the week being pumped.

UNO is worth a closer look. It is in it's 5th month of rising against Btc. Your readers should be informed of the reason why, and some of the finer points of Unobtanium.

You have Monero. It wil not be coin of next week but of next year: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=583449.0

Facts:

It is coin that will fill anonymity niche of crytocurencies. Had fair launch. Not even first day was almost free to buy. Have good development team. Have solid community with not so few early Bitcoin adopters that believe in it.

What is bad is:

It dont base on bitcoin technology as 95% of all coins, but is Cryptonote and needs lots of development.

You might want to have a look at Magi (XMG). Why?

- honest and hard working developer, 7/7 rated (http://www.coinssource.com/trust-index/magi-xmg/)
- solid and active community
- CPU mining, no ASICS, no GPUs, no botnets
- the coin for everyone. Everyone can mine it, everyone can buy it, everyone can use it

Link to the thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=735170.0)

will be published tomorrow!

CheckCoin is a promising coin developing software for connecting cryptocurrency to GPS locations on the ground. People and businesses can create faucets and attract customers or simply give a reward for finding a place. Like the Geocaching treasure hunts.

Seriously, you guys should check this one out. If all goes as planned and there is no reason it wouldn't, in 3-4 months, Checkcoin looks set to take the crypto world by storm. Their premise is unique and far-reaching. The project is backed by a respectable company from the Netherlands. If you guys are around there, you could drop by for an interview, they've already met with a few members of the community at their office  :)

Cryptogenic Bullion CGB.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=245086.0

Released almost 18 months ago. POS/POW hybrid which after an accelerated fair distribution mining period of a year, CGB has settled at a baseline proof of work inflation of 0.5% a year. Proof of stake inflation adds only a maximum 1.5% inflation, with less than 1 millon CGB currently mined.

Current price levels offer an insane return on investment, with development continuing, a loyal community and new client release on the horizon.

Another vote for CGB, as it is a PoW & PoS hybrid, with a steady and 2% increase of stake.
True to it's name, Cryptogenic Bullion mimics the value properties of Gold, making it a suitable choice for a long term investment.

unambiguously Fibre!!

I have been with FIBRE for a long time for a reason: stability of investment. But that is not the only reason I stay. With the tech that is coming out of this coin, one can honestly see a continuing cycle of deliverable's and that is key to sustaining coin growth in these markets. Always the devs and ops are available to answer questions and provide updates. You just don't see this too often with the other Tier 1 alts. Without a doubt, you will be hard pressed to find a better fit, but shop around just the same and stop by the FIBRE social outlets as provided herein. You will ultimately understand how this community is much different from all others. Cheer!

World's first cross-game cryptocurrency, aimed at the gaming community.  Players can play on HYPER-associated game servers to both earn and use HYPER in a number of different games (more games and servers being added all the time).  Gamer markets have already been set up (and continue to be developed) allowing gamers to buy, sell, and trade games with HYPER (including through Steam).

HYPER has a strong and rapidly growing community, with dedicated devs and hardcore gamers!  Here are a few of the community projects -
HYPER Gaming Gateway (http://hypergg.com): allowing gamers to see the various HYPER servers and games they can play, including the online/offline status, and number of players currently playing; will also soon host a web wallet!
HyperBundle (http://hyperbundle.com):  Buy Steam game codes with HYPER.  Seriously, any game Steam offers, you can buy with HYPER.  How awesome is that??
HyperTrades (http://www.reddit.com/r/HyperTrades): a Reddit thread allowing people to buy, sell, and trade anything for HYPER.  Escrow allows traders to feel safe in their transactions.
HYPER also has a forum (currently in the process of being professionally redesigned) and a Wiki, so players can easily get any info they're looking for on what games are available, and how they can earn or spend HYPER.

HYPER is 100% PoS, so players are rewarded for earning and saving their HYPER (and the only "advantage" anyone has over another, is simply how much HYPER they're staking…no one can mine it with GPU farms or ASICs).  Players can earn HYPER by playing games they already enjoy and being active in a fun gaming community, allowing them to save up for that game they've been wanting to try, and earning interest while doing so.

Every time I go to the alt markets wanting to invest in an alt coin, I check out there ANN thread and use case, and I find I can never trust any of them, either there algo is crazy and heavily pre mined, or they have a bunch of smoke and mirrors and promises, maybe a cool feature in there wallet and that is it...
HYPER on the other hand has the perfect Algo PoS and 5% interest monthly compounded daily. and a grip of actual use cases, with out use cases it is nothing. I vote Hyper!!!

I also reccomend NakamotoDark.
Legit coin with good community and with the "shadow" of satoshi nakamoto over there that attract many users.
At least, it wasn't a coin with ico, ipo, hidden stuff or other shittie like that.
Completly under community mood.

Quarkbar is a coin you should consider. Its a very innovative coin. Its coming up on being a year old so it has age on its side. The dev team is still actively promoting and working on making this coin strong. Here is the link to the thread.

As funny as it may be, FlappyCoin is making a comeback. We've just released our PoS wallet, will next be implementing an Open Asset layer, and taking on mobile markets with Jalapeno Inventive, LLC and Jalapeno Games. FlappyCoin (or a rebrand) will be a major currency on our platform, and we plan on removing many of the major barriers for entry with our platform, and aiming for 100 million new crypto users by summer 2017. We're a small but ambitious team and we're unofficially accepted into a Silicon Valley accelerator for this summer.

If you haven't yet noticed VanillaCoin [VNL] then check it out, it is the new center of attention as it is unique and works completely different to Bitcoin as a cryptocurrency & better, go have a read about it and the Whitepaper & pop into the VanillaIRC to speak to the Dev about any inquiries.
