Hi Bitcointalk,

As a bit of an introduction, we are Bitspark (http://www.bitspark.io) and yesterday we launched our exchange to the world. We are an incubated company of the Cyberport, one of Hong Kong's largest startup incubators and part of their incubation program. At Bitspark we are focused on fixing some of the issues around in the market at the moment regarding trust, transparency, security, liquidity and ease of use. To demonstrate our commitments so far, here is a summary of what we offer:

*We are based on Open Source software via the Peatio project https://github.com/peatio/peatio (https://github.com/peatio/peatio)
*Our reserves are auditable by our customers.
*We currently support 6 coins: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Blackcoin, Peercoin, Cloakcoin and will be adding more weekly.
*Our company incorporation documents and real office address are available in the About Us section of our website.
*We have been vetted and are backed by the Cyberport one of Hong Kong's largest startup institutions and incubation programs.
*We have also launched a coin-switching profitability based mining pool Sparkpool www.sparkpool.net (http://www.sparkpool.net) which is based on the Open Source NOMP project https://github.com/zone117x/node-open-mining-portal/ (https://github.com/zone117x/node-open-mining-portal/)
*Design is a key part of our products and we believe bitcoin must be easy if it is get widespread adoption. Our UI has been designed with this in mind and we have prototypes of a number of other exciting products already- Our Merchant processing and Remittance services.
*Always looking to improve this is our MVP and we will be progressing swiftly pushing updates and getting feedback from the community.

At the moment we are Crypto-only and Hong Kong offers a friendly regulatory environment for us to be based in. Unlike some of our competitors we are actually based here and take part in a number of bitcoin and startup events. I'd invite members of the bitcoin and crypto community to come try us out and let us know what you think as your input is valuable in us determining what products and services we can bring you next! Edit: And for those wondering, Yes fiat currency in incoming and we have banking partners ready to go, it's on the list of priorities but for now, we are looking to increase the number of coins we offer first.

Weekly Feature Update:

*We added support for 3 new coins: Darkcoin, Cannabiscoin and Nubits
*We added the ability to download an account statement in PDF and Excel with a detailed summary of your activity on Bitspark.

Our Account statement feature came as currently the only way to prove your assets on the competitors Bitcoin exchanges is to take a screenshot of the webpage which is not professional at all if you need to prove your assets to a bank or a Real Estate agent etc. Now you can download this data and have it cleanly presented for whatever time period you want in a form with our company letterhead. World first Cash in Cash out Remittance service via Bitcoin

Hi all!

This weekend we launched our money transfer services from Hong Kong to the Philippines cash in this end, cash out in Philippines leveraging the bitcoin network as the means of transmission. It was a great success with us conducting a number of transfers and earning many new customers along the way. Our customers do not need to have prior knowledge of bitcoin to use the service and simply required cash, contact details of the sender, contact details of the receiver, select a payout method and thats it. We'd like to thank our Philippines partners Rebit.ph and stay tuned to our blog for a full run down on the day.

We are delighted to announce today that we have added six new currencies to Bitspark: USD, EUR, AUD, NZD, HKD, CNH. We also support local deposits of AUD for our Australian customers.
