This website has not contacted us and requested us to provide them with any information license number etc. We have not requested them to verify us as they charge pharmacies to do so!
You can check us up in the internet and post any negative post about us in this forum! We have only found positive comments about us since we started out company mid 2009.

I purchased a couple days ago with these guys, and Urs (the owner) has been wonderful. My intuition thus far is that swisspharmacy is legit, and I'll report back when I receive my order.

It seems like, at best you could hope for "Unapproved" status, as they won't approve any pharmacy not physically located in the United States. So, I wouldn't worry too much about LegitScript.

Seems like they really have your best interests at heart!  If they say theswisspharmacy.com is "Rogue" then they surely wouldn't lie, now would they?

Except that I have used this company and will continue to use them because they deliver quickly, respond to any questions I have, and the medication that I purchase meets my needs for a fraction of the price that I would have to pay from any bricks-and-mortar pharmacy.  The choice is plain for me.

My order to the Swiss Pharmacy arrived safe and sound!  (Item was shipped from India, since that's where I believe the "Swiss Pharmacy" is located, but all items received were genuine GlaxoSmithKline pharmaceuticals)

My bet is that they're also not going to approve any pharmacy selling generic versions of drugs still under patent in the US, even if those drugs are out of patent in the countries where they're being manufactured/sourced and they're manufactured to the standards of other Western FDA type organisations.

Switzerland has a few duty free zones. Businesses located in these can serve online clients, but typically can't trade outside those zones. That's how it works for a variety of online cigar vendors anyway.

Ordered May 31 and paid with bitcoins.  Received June 27.  It arrived in a plain brown envelope from India.

The product seems fine.  It is generics, and not name-brand.

In the past I have bought my meds from inhousepharmacy, and usually receive it within 2 weeks.  However, like many online pharmacies, their credit-card processing can be unreliable, so it's nice to have an alternative that accepts bitcoin.

I will consider ordering from theswisspharmacy again, as long as it's something I don't need sooner than 4 weeks.

The comments in Jon Matonis's aforementioned Forbes article have links to a couple of other online pharmacies that also accept bitcoins. You could check if they have what you want. The Swiss Pharmacy does seem the most legit of the bunch, though.

I can't say enough for Swiss Pharmacy.  I had an order seized here in Thailand and they shipped the entire thing AGAIN for FREE.  It was $500-$600 worth of pills.  This is one bitcoin business that is in it for the long haul.

Hahahha I don't think they have any "fun" meds.  It is just run-of-the-mill stuff like antidepressants, blood pressure meds, sexual dysfunction treatments (wait- that's fun!!!), etc.

I agree.  I used to use 4rx.com.  At one point I had a fairly large order in to them- several hundred dollars.  After I didn't get anything in the mail for several weeks I inquired about my order- "out of stock".  They never informed me, they just held my money.  That was the last time I ever spent a dime with them.  I have complete confidence that this would never happen with theswisspharmacy.  Their communication is superb.

I used an Austrailian online pharmacy once but they didn't take bitcoin.  Everybody should accept bitcoin!

If I don't take my medicine in the morning, by early afternoon I have a splitting headache.  I have dealt with Swiss Pharmacy for maybe 3 years?  I have never gotten a bad pill- not even once.  This is 365 days per year times 3 years, so I have taken over 1,000 of their capsules.  It is exactly the same medicine as I get from my pharmacy it is just ONE HECK of a lot cheaper.  Plus no doctor visit.  I have taken this medicine for 15 years so I don't need a doctor to see me and collect his fees just so I can keep taking it. 

Honestly did not expect to see a pharmacy accept bitcoin to be honest so this is really good. Seeing some people post good reviews as well so does look promising. Good luck with it :)

I just want to say that I placed yet another order with Swiss Pharmacy a few weeks ago and as always shipping and product were perfectly on-point.  I have never had any issue with them but once when my goods were seized they re-shipped at no expense to me.  I make small orders and their prices are really good, so for them to do that was really above and beyond the call of duty.  I am always impressed with how fast their customer service replies when you have a question.

I'm just thinking of local and walmart and such I don't see a advantage of international.   

I would say it depends on your situation.  I live in Bangkok but travel a lot.  The biggest advantages for me are MUCH lower cost for the medication, plus I don't have to see a doctor every time I need more.  I've taken the same pill for fifteen years; I don't need a doctor to tell me if it's working or not, or to give me permission to buy it.  In some situations depending on the medication you might need to see a doctor annually or something- but for me, the extra expense and hassle of seeing a doctor is just a waste.

Interesting I haven't seen this thread/company before. Do you guys do Citalopram, Xanax, how about Valium? Would be good to see a legit company dealing with those kind of things rather than feeling like a criminal trying to order stuff without a prescription where I live now.

I'm pretty sure they would not ship any of those.   If a company is dealing into that without prescription... they are not legit in my eyes.

I think your best bet would be a local doctor who can decide if they are a truly a need....  and not a want and provide prescription if a legit need.
