Because it uses so many and maybe even make the ref, earnings are not very low. Today, 1000 Satoshi have some value, but in 2 years? 5 years? The faucet give free money !! It is not free money; you do have to spend your valuable time on them. ;) If you really believe that satoshis will be worth a lot more in 5 years, you can consider buying them with rupees right now.
