From history we know that womens take care of kids, kitchen and so on and enjoy family life for hundreds years. Currently womens also want to work in state institutions, companies e.t.c. I think this is salary question - if you have enough salary, your wife can take care of kids and live at home. ;D

If you work in private company, you can very easily loose job.
