Title: Cryptsy Facing Lawsuit
Post by: wardla on October 24, 2014, 10:10:50 AM
Nah, guy alleges 'cryptsy' stole bitcoins from his account. Looks like he didn't have 2FA enabled, someone hacked his account and withdrew 240 btc or something like that. He's upset. The complaint is pretty 'meh'. I'm not sure why they didn't allege a claim for negligence but they've got an argument of fraud... Its pretty weak...

I see a warning like message to get 2FA enabled whenever I log into Cryptsy so it seems that they are not negligent about security users are.
