Is there a site you can use to monitor historical hashing power and difficulty?

Uh, I went from 80 to 290 M/Hash last night when my my 5830 arived. Actually more like when I arived back home to find my 5830 on the table. ;D

I suppose there were a lot of new miners in the mail this week, and people used the weekend to configure it.
