Post by: lightlord on May 24, 2012, 07:36:03 AM
Hello I have a bit single that yeilds 832 MHASH/80 Watts.

What trades would you offer for this?
And If I were to go with a trade
it will be the best one, the winner one.

Looking for video cards.

The only cards I can trade are a 5830 and a 5850, so I'll throw in 40BTC as well.

Ya I saw that on page 2. Im guessing he made this one to avoid the negative comments in that thread? If he wants to be a bit more reasonable and make a fair trade, let him!

5 X 5830 rig, with PCI-E extenders, Asus 970Extreme4, Sempron 145 2.8 Single core, 2GB Memory, but NO power supply.
Rig runs 1580 Mh/sec, 4 cards at 1000core 300mem, but one card will only do 920/300.

Damn you guys do realise with these kind of negotiations the BFL price will start moving up to $1000 a pop? :P

Pretty sure it would already be there if the were not asking for your money three months in advance of delivery...

This is coming up on the ludicrous 3x7970 trade offer that he just posted a day or two ago. And in that thread everyone was telling him he was crazy...

It's a mental perception thing. It's one thing to open an auction and allow the purchasers to offer what they feel something is worth versus saying it 'will be ATLEAST this much'. I'd be more willing to 'bite' this version as well.

Yes 3X7970 was a bit too much, but I feel asking what you think its worth is a lot better.
Anyways I already am interested in a trade, thanks a bunch!

DILLIGAF is a winner with 6x 5830, 2x 5850, motherboard + processor and extender
Unless someone can offer a better trade then that.

Best regards
lightlord

And Throw in 10 bitcoins on top?

And I am receiving another 3 bit forces in just 2-3 weeks.

Pardon?

I am VERY interested in a similar deal for 7970s or another single.  Not sure I need a 6950 though.  That you will have to sell me on but yes, we can make a similar deal.

Do you need PSUs?

Wow. Wonder if I should sell mine.

I will give you the exact same deal.  But the card models will be a little different.  5830s and 5850s though.
Nah I'd be wanting cash, not mining hardware. But it's a Gen2 single with a bottom fan, and the bottom fan needs to be replaced actually since it broke.

Can you please confirm the deal is above, because in your PM you said 6x 5830 and I think you got my deal confused with the previous offer.

So please, confirm I am sending you 7x 5830 and not 6.

Thanks.

DEAL IS OFF.

This guy throws me a curveball once I am about to pay for shipping ... saying he wants me to send all my stuff first with 6-10 day shipping and then he wants to TEST it all, then he will send me his POSSIBLY BROKEN BFL single.

Sorry bro.  That is a TERRIBLE deal.

I should of known you were not a good business man when you tried to get THREE 7970 for a single that is possibly broken.  That thread made you look like a fool, the way you tried to play up how great a single is and how bad 7970s are.  When the 7970s are what you wanted lmfao

Deal is off bro.  That is just bad business.

I am curious to see what the forum members would say.

I send REF 160 some odd BTC for six 5850s and not once did I ever think "maybe I should test these first after he ships them half way accross the country.  THEN I will pay him."

Terrible bro... terrible.

I am pretty irritated too that you had me gut out half my mining operation to get the cards you wanted.

smh man.  Now I have to put it all together again.  I am pretty frustrated right now bro.

Just worried that I would get scammed thats all, got scammed in the past.
Deal is just too good to be true almost.

Well thanks for your time

I know man and I am sure you are a good person too ... I just trust people.  Sometimes I get burned, most the time not.  Most people here are good people.  Especially ones with good trades in their sigs like we do.  I thought this deal would go flawless.

It is cool, I am over it.  Just was a little heated I have to put all this crap back together lol

To make up, i'll make a deal.

I ship the BFL unit to you, you test it out,
Then you send the rest of the hardware?

For saying You ship first, I take the part of doing it.

Is this fine?

Not revelant, though when I posted the error thing where I couldn't get it to work.
Now the bit single is working in cgminer.

I guess I'll just stick to it its 80 Watts. Unless another offer I guess.
While I am speaking its crunching away  ;)
