Title: Wallet balance Post by: bitnanigans on October 26, 2014, 05:52:11 AM I'm building a wallet for Android, and I was wondering what values would make sense to be displayed as the wallet balance.
I'm querying a third-party API for obtaining the balances. If I display the wallet balance making use of confirmed balances from transactions, it's possible that there may be unconfirmed transactions and this doesn't reflect the actual spendable balance. The other option is to get a list of the unspents available and display the total value of unspents as the wallet balance. Which seems more reasonable? The first one makes no sense.
