Title: Physical Torture Cubes
Post by: andrewbb on October 26, 2014, 03:52:38 PM
To make a simple subject complex, deliberately.

Is such an act something that should be punishable?

A Physical Torture Cube does not do much permanent damage. It is a form of incarceration.

And public with sufficient proof.

how do you know it does not do much  damage  to have tubes pumping in and out of your internal organs ?

have you factored in psychological damage even if the tubes are not physically painful ? its likely  very detrimental

for the subjects mental health even if its not what "torture" in the medievil sense

He means tubes in and out of the cube (supplying nourishment, removing waste), not in and out of the person.

If it was up to me i would let them die but in many countries prisoners  are not allowed to die and doctors will intervene
and force feed them via iv fluids.......a bad situation for the prisoner ,his family  ,the prison authoritys and the doctors as well

theres has to be some  differnce between regular jail and a  torture cube

in prisons  the worst   punishment is often solitary confinement

being locked in a cube all the time sounds a lot like permanent solitary
