What the fuck is with cops these days. Last week i heard a cop tries to stole nude pics from somebody's cell phone. ???

Cop should have basic morals what should be done and what shouldn't be done before becoming a cop. Otherwise how will they be enforcing the law?

That article is very poorly written.  I could not figure from it whether your take on the matter is right or wrong.

But regardless, doesn't this mean that the system works?  The bad cop has been suspended after evidence arose that he was bad.

That's because articles don't have to be biased towards a certain perspective ("Right" or "Wrong" is subjective)

This is why you had the 2nd ammendment and property laws but now you are scared of "terrorists" that do not exist. 

Bolded above, not true only of cops but of virtually all in the employ of government.  They are shielded from prosecution for wrongdoing while on the job.

the day a predator under the clocking of a civilian law enforcement tries to attack the wife of a member of a soup agency (like counter-psy op in occupied land operative) will see how unprosecutable he is... time to harvest what's left of value in those few example of infamy, if you know what I mean...

The article is so badly written it is not worth reading. Who wrote it? There are bad apples everywhere, not only law enforcement agencies in US. I have heard worse (unconfirmed) in south america and south asia.

They are given the power. So they use it. What is so hard to understand about this?

When it comes to police corruption, the US actually is very good about there being relatively little amount of police corruption when compared to the rest of the world.

Even in places as close as Mexico, the police tend to be corrupt and willing to require bribes in order to get out of jail.

Generally there is a negative coloration between the level of corruption and how economically developed a country is (I would however say that China is one exception to this)

Three day suspension for a false report, does not sound too serious.

Bad cops are very bad things indeed.

Citizen files a false report, gets charged criminally. Cop does it, three day suspension.

No double standard here!

The best is when they do something fucked up and get 2 weeks paid vacation.
