It has no animation, just flashing images. Even for flashing images, there is no effort to any sort of design, with random unrelated images. You don't seem to have rights for the pictures, the image of Fred Flintstone has some sort of watermark if you look at it closely. Learn how to animate and then come back, maybe when you know English too.
