Damn, I hope it's not permanent because of all the SEC and FINCEN stuff.

Hardly, because if you had paid attention instead of inventing shit, you would know they are incorporated in The British Virgin Islands

It's back online now anyway. However, The British Virgin Islands has an extradition treaty with the USA for crimes punishable with imprisonment over 12 months.

http://books.google.co.uk/books?id=bxLcqsiksUgC&pg=PA43&lpg=PA43&dq=%22british+virgin+islands%22+us+%22extradition+treaty%22&source=bl&ots=nKMIPmWbxV&sig=BcUMOv62_dLz_kTdrBiUrhHHL0k&hl=en&sa=X&ei=lXhSVMPVD-Ww7AaG5oGQBQ&ved=0CDcQ6AEwAg#v=onepage&q=%22british%20virgin%20islands%22%20us%20%22extradition%20treaty%22&f=false

I have not thoroughly checked all the SEC and FINCEN stuff yet, but I vaguely remember reading something about 12 months imprisonment for something. Can running an unregistered exchange get you over 12 months, and do the rules now apply to non-fiat exchanges? Perhaps someone here has the answers.
