Guys, it looks like a waste of time. I didn't understanding anything. I have wagered my all bonus. When some 1mbtc left, then also its not showing the available btc amount to cashout in the profile.

I just checked your Account with us. You have covered only 3% of the Rollover Requirements and your Balance is = to 0mBTC . You can Cashout only if a Positive Balance is maintained in your account after completing the Wagering Requirements. Hope this answers your questions :)

Whats the rollover requirement to cashout the winnings?

I tried to withdraw and for some reason I couldn't because of a bonus even though i deposited twice! I pressed the forfeit bonus button and all my btc were gone! I sent and email to support and im waiting for a response.

You made your first Deposit and a 100% Bonus was issued. You lost all your account holdings and completed only 4% of the Rollover of the issued Bonus. In this case - no cash out is available, since you haven't made any winnings.
Next You made your Second Deposit and a 150% Bonus was issued over your Deposited amount. You covered 5% of the required Rollover. Then you Lost all you Holdings. In this case - no cash out is available, since you haven't made any winnings.
Next you sent us a PM that you want to receive the 30mBTC Bonus for No Deposit that we are giving here. It was issued to you and You cancelled it - and now obviously you don't have any Balance. I can provide you with your gameplay and your Holdings at any time - if you want.

Ok can I just have the money back in the account as if I had never pressed the forfeit bonus button? The bonuses should not be automatically applied. You should have to confirm it because it makes everything confusing. I didn't even know about the first and second deposit bonus. All i asked for was the 30mBTC bonus

Well - we have a strange situation here:
How come you don't know about the First&Second &Third Deposit Bonuses, since it is clearly stated in our Promotions page on the website. Other than that - on your Deposit Page - there is a Check Box "I don't want to receive any Bonuses" - so if you didn't want to receive Bonuses - all you had to do is simply Check The Box "I don't want to receive any Bonuses".
And now let's move to the case. You want us to restore your Bonus balance, because you accidentally forfeited it. It is clearly not our fault. All that was expected from StickyBet was to issue your Bonus according to the Terms&Conditions. Everything that happens after that is not in our hands. If you want to receive any other Bonuses, you can take advantage of our Third Deposit Match up, which is 200% Over your Deposited amount. So good luck and I hope next time you make a good profit.

Thats a huge requirement. Maybe,  45 bets at Red and Black 50-50 on roulette might just get lucky.

I figured it was something you had to use a promo code for. So when I deposited I left the promo code box empty. Either way. If you did return my mbtc I would have to wager 40x that in order to be able to withdraw which is almost impossible.
Either way all you are trying to do is sucker people into these "welcome bonuses" knowing they will be able to withdraw. Shame on you. Im glad I didn't put alot in because Ill never be playing here again.  

You might just be able to get there. All you have to do is, go all in on the first bet. If you win then you get 30 mbtc extra, now just keep betting 30 mbtc( 15mbtc on red and 15 mbtc on black) in roullete. You will need to lose twice in those 44 rolls, to lose it all. If you get through it lucky, then you can easily withdraw.

Might work, but 45x is still way too much wager requirement.

Dear kooy, you made 2 Deposits, and neither once you saw that you were playing with Doubled amount? The Second Deposit, you were actually granted 150% Bonus. And I really think this is noticeable. I think that our Bonuses are more than Generous and it is up to everyone if a Bonus should be accepted or no. Rules apply equally to all members. Thank you and Best Regards!
