I really don't want to get involved with this... but to be fair enough for miners - there is my suggestion: Give those coins or most of them to the pool ops, so they can give them away to miners as bonuses.
Current situation is that you Dev have ~ 30% premine, its just not fair.
Servers and scripts are your concern not miner's, same situation is with pools. Nobody cares about our expenses.
If you can't afford it, you shouldn't bother at all :)

Always remember that the dev is a liar. The premine should be a reasonable 50K coins before, not some Millions.
If you send him btc you can flush it down the toilet as well.

Now you need to put your coins in exchange, so no loss of enthusiasm

it all depends on the individual settings miners. works for me and the mood can turn on for 1-2 days to check.

check the settings on the other our pools we set the maximum diff at the level of 0.080. it gave us the opportunity to rejections decreased in numbers and errors. If you need help give settings to 270x and 280x card

We found 1167 blocks.
Missing 1000 blocks.
where they are ???????????????

AFAIK first 860 blocks was mined by the dev, before releasing the source :)
Other blocks are mined by some large farm or other pools.

Playing on minerpools now.  Tried cpu mining but that was really janky.  Using sgminer now and seems to be a bit better.. Alas I'm running on a laptop and built-in graphics isn't cutting it.  Gonna have to dig out an old pc & graphics cards to see if I can pump that up.
