Title: [SOLD] 1x x6500 FPGA Miner Post by: sirky on October 30, 2014, 09:27:25 PM Hi there,
I have an x6500 miner that served me well until around a year ago (probably long after it was profitable to mine with it), that I am now looking to sell. I have not used it in the last year, so don't know if it works, but I imagine it does. I am not sure if they are still useful for mining (altcoins), but I know the FPGA's themselves are worth something! I'm not sure if it is very much, but I seriously doubt that I am going to use it again. I believe these have two spartan-6's in them, if you are more interested in the chips themselves. More at http://fpgamining.com/ (http://fpgamining.com/) Paypal or bitcoin is fine with me. Make me an offer! I will review them all tomorrow! I am only willing to ship inside the USA, unfortunately. Thanks, SirKy Title: Re: [WTS] 1x x6500 FPGA Miner Post by: sirky on October 30, 2014, 09:34:16 PM Title: Re: [WTS] 1x x6500 FPGA Miner Post by: fullzero on October 31, 2014, 01:19:05 AM Your pic is not very good; but that looks like a rev3. If you post a pic of it running I will take it for a reasonable price. Where are you located? Ironically I sold my rev3 x6500 on bitmit years ago and now I want one again.
Title: Re: [WTS] 1x x6500 FPGA Miner Post by: Ntrain2k on October 31, 2014, 09:39:45 AM Rev 2 I think. Don't the rev 3's have fans?
Title: Re: [WTS] 1x x6500 FPGA Miner Post by: sirky on October 31, 2014, 11:20:05 AM It is a rev 2.
I will try to get it running tonight. I think I'm going to play NES now.

Title: Re: [WTS] 1x x6500 FPGA Miner Post by: sirky on November 03, 2014, 05:31:25 PM I actually failed - I think either my PYUSB drivers were messed up, or maybe the power source I used (I used barrel, and not the molex like most people), but someone was interested in it despite my failure, so this is now sold.
I do totally think that the FPGA itself does work though. Sorry we couldn't make a deal! Title: Re: [SOLD] 1x x6500 FPGA Miner Post by: Taugeran on November 04, 2014, 08:08:55 PM Is this still available
