Title: [POOL][XMR] MoneroHash.com - DDOS protected reliable pool - USA - NY
Post by: osensei on October 31, 2014, 07:58:24 PM
Hi,

After giving it some thoughts and working on it for a while, I've set up a pool at https://monerohash.com (https://monerohash.com)

This is what I have to offer:

DDOS protection provided by Staminus.
HTTPS-only secure web traffic, to avoid leaking your stats to sniffers.
Located in NY => Good choice for miners from North, Central and South America, while still keeping a relatively low latency to Europe (~70ms to UK)
Up-to-date pool and daemon software.
1.6% fee (0.6% donated to devs)

My goal is to provide a good service with a fast, reliable and secure pool, and I believe I've taken the neccessary steps to accomplish that :)

Please, give it a try and let me know your thoughts!

Thanks,

osensei

Hey,

to date a good pool, but it is down right now.
Maybe you should launch a secondary server to avoid such downtimes?

@osensei is a premature payout to an exchange possible if I pay the transaction fees?
Sorry but the luck of your pool is ongoing bad and I fear that I reach the 7.0 XMR payout threshold somewhere at december...  :-\

The minimum payout threshold is .300 XMR

EDIT: I see now that it's 7 XMR to an exchange.

22 hours since last block found?   :(
I've had really good luck with this pool until today.
Do we need a voodoo dance to get some good luck going?

Great pool by the way.
Anyone looking to mine Monero in US East should definitely check out this pool.

Could someone please inform us if the pool is ready for upcoming fork? Monero just posted below message on the forum as well as social media.  Thanks in advance.

Sorry guys, I'm don't frequent this forum as much as I used to in the past, and never realized someone had posted in this old thread.

As you may already know we went through the fork with no problem.

Regarding luck... yes, we have ups and downs like every one :). Some times we may be extremely lucky, and some other times extremely unlucky.

I've just enabled support for SSL/TLS for miners connections. In the case of Claymore's GPU miner you get a discount on the dev fee from 2.5% to 2% if you use SSL.

I'm having problems with my miners (hardware issues), so I asked for an early payment from monerohash (wrote to admin@monerohash.com) without any answer... can you help me?

I don't always reply instantly to emails. Some times I may reply pretty quick, some other times I may take up to 48 hours, but I think I usually do within 24 hours.

I've paid all pending requests that I received, so I must have already paid yours too. Let me know if you didn't get your payment.
