If you just want to také free card with free small money and spend them on porn or whatever, it´s your choice of course. If someone want to make cash withdrawal, he can, but only in country of origin of the card: Czech Republic (EU). Also see the "real" thing and have it in the hands is better, than some virtual number i think. But, maybe i´m wrong... Do these cards exist? What is the issuing bank? Are those similar to the polish cards? The limits seem to be the same but at some point the seller pointed out that you could only use them for online shopping ??? If you live in Czech Republic or near please step in and tell us more. As sayed, these cards are not THAT great. They only work at CZ ATM's and i think they can only be toped up by CZ bank transfer.
