Title: cloudmining.website New puppy in cloud mining
Post by: galdur on November 02, 2014, 08:59:22 PM
Sent these guys 0.01 BTC for 10 GHS.

They have an announcement thread here somewhere
but itīs moderated so there may not be many posts.

Looks a bit dicey but who knows.

Best of luck, g

Hey, thanx for the heads up. 0.001 BTC/GHS seems industry's lowest. Are they paying out for your 10 GHS ?

I think waiting at least 24 hours is normal. Moreover, Daily payment & Automatic Weekly Withdrawal are mentioned on their website.

It seems I was partially mistaken. I checked their FAQ.

Quote
6.How does the payout take place ?
Payout takes place every day according to your hash power and current difficulty. Everyday you may verify the amount of latest payout in your dashboard. After a successful order is placed, please allow us up to 48 hour for the first payout to take place. All the following payouts will take place once in every 24 hour.

The lack of information on their website makes me hesitant. I will probably still try them out with a small investment but at this time I'd never put much into them.

We don't like to comment on our competition, however given how other cloud mining services have ended up (e.g. Lunamine) we'd suggest caution. 0.001 BTC per GH without maintenance fees is absolutely unachievable under any circumstances.

I asked them this question...

This is the lowest I have come across so far. How do u guys offer GHs at such a low rate ?

There are multiple factors that enable us to offer low rate like cheap electricity etc. as you will find in FAQ (http://www.cloudmining.website/faq.php). But, to be honest, the current rate is a promotional offer and we will not offer this for long...

-snip-

Considering the bold part, u should not be so worried ;)

Fluctuates within the week.  Last payout, 834 satoshi/gh/day.

Thatīs slightly higher than next to last, lower than the week

before that. Itīs good, 10 gh costs only .01.

you dont, its called calculated risk. and what i would do is actually invest in actual asic producing co like bitmain.

bitmain has their own cloud services called hashnest, which if you do more homework is only legit cloud site on the market i believe. everything else is a gamble in my observation.

So, I canīt really complain.

Some retarded people have been buying BTC while watching it tank.

So, according to you, after Mt.Gox collapse, people should have stopped using BTC-e, Bitstamp etc ? :D

Wonderful !!! Why you guys come to bitcoin ? Have a nappy pussy life with FIAT. That is your destiny.

Do you know that the deposited coins have not moved out of the deposit address of CloudMining.website since its inception ? Do you know that this fact is completely opposite to a possible Ponzi ?

Good Luck to U :)

Payment history is the worst kind of evidence. Every ponzi in history has paid out without problems.
Until the day they stop paying.

Check my signature for some more rational criteria to judge a cloud mining service.

Do not touch any cloud mining company at all. Some are Ponzi, some has paid hardware manufacturers to vouch for them but all are somehow hiding the real world identity of the people behind (except Cex.io). Real companies like BitPay, Bitstamp does not need to hide themselves. So, it is better to stay away from all the cloud mining thieves.

3. Backing of Manufacturer - Anyone can pay some manufacturer and get backing to raise public money. Hashie got backing from AM. That did not stop them to scam.

Conclusion: Do not feed your greed with cloud mining dreams. All of them are going to blow on your face.

p.s. The only legitimate way to verify a cloud mining company is to compare there sold hash power in real time with the mining address. Any company that can not do so are blatantly cheating you by hook or by crook.

Any reason why you stopped promoting the cloudmining ponzi? (I applaud you actually).

'Paying longer' is no proof. If a company has been paying for a month it can still be more legitimate than a company that has been paying for a year (yet is run by investors' funds, a ponzi).

Bit-X will be able to prove much further than just "paying out since 20xx". Already, it's the confirmation from BitFury and soon much more.

Bit-X will be able to prove much further than just "paying out since 20xx". Already, it's the confirmation from BitFury and soon much more.

Confirmation from BitFury does not prove anything at all...

1. Bit-x might have bought hash power from BitFury for a certain period after which they plan to vanish with customer's fund.

2. Bit-x may not have any hash power at all. They may have paid BitFury to vouch for them and paying old users from new user's fund.

In past, AsicMiner (like BitFury) vouched for Hashie (like Bit-x), and we know how they scammed.

Cloud Mining companies can actually be classified into two...

i. Sure Legit: Those who provides mining address and sold hash power in real time. So that, by buying 10 Ghs, we can confirm that sold hash power is increasing 10 Ghs and then compare it with the mining output.

ii. Doubtful: Those who does not provide the proof said above.

There are absolutely no cloud mining company that belongs to the category (i). Everyone else, like bit-x, cloudmining.website, cloudminr.io belongs to the category (ii). Moreover, I have seen so many legit companies to digest customer fund showing ToS (Read: Cex.io, KNC Cloud, AM Hash), I dont need to look for legitimacy any more.

I have already made ROI with CMW and now counting profit. They recently stopped accepting full member in their Sig Campaign (Check here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=917174.0). So I am in look out for another one. If I dont get a good one, I'll join them again with affiliate code.

I like how when you know you've lost an argument you bring up useless and irrelevant (oh and false) details about me.

As I said there will be even more proof that Bit-X is legitimate.

You should probably work on your English too, it's a bit rough around the edges which makes it very unpleasant to read (especially if you're trying to start an argument).

But, when someone returns the same favor to you, that becomes an indication of losing argument !!! ::)

As I said there will be even more proof that Bit-X is legitimate.
Hashie.co to CryptoMine.IO... everyone said the same - there will be even more proof. Even it was told many a times that FriedCat will appear from the shadow. But he did not. Bit-X is playing the same game. Selling now by promising on future. :P

You should probably work on your English too, it's a bit rough around the edges which makes it very unpleasant to read (especially if you're trying to start an argument).
English is not my native language. As long as I can convey my message through it... it serves my purpose. I dont intend to be grammatically correct. :)

Yesterday's puppy has become today's giant. And inspite of all the bashing and slandering, it has paid again...

We aren't saying they aren't paying, we are questioning if they are actually mining. It's very easy for them to pay out the coins you gave them over time.

The same people are always saying that they get paid and the same people are saying that they are not getting paid by this scam ;)
All I know that this cloudmining.website doesn't care about new customers at all, since they provide no proof of anything and don't respond to people complaining (..paid shills don't count..), so no sane person could invest here at this stage.

If the same person keep saying that they are getting paid, then they are shill. But, if the same person keep saying that they are not getting paid, then they are real !!! What a Logic :D

All I know that this cloudmining.website doesn't care about new customers at all,
How do you know ? Have you invested there ? You are just lamenting here to increase your signature payment.

since they provide no proof of anything
1. They provide payment proof for last seven months: www.cloudmining.website/payments.php

2. Their payment is verified by third party Cloud Mining review website: www.cmmonitor.com/24-cloudmining-website.html

What proof does your sig sponsor show ?

and don't respond to people complaining (..paid shills don't count..),
Really ? They do not need to respond to BitcoinTalk shills who just keep trolling for signature payment. They answer each and every question on their forum. They are so bold & honest that they provide support openly so that everyone can see what is happening. Your sig sponsor's pants will be wet to be so open... LoLz.

so no sane person could invest here at this stage.
Only insane people, wearing the sig of the next big scam on bitcointalk, can talk like this. ::)
