Hmm, im on the fence with this one, you can't get $4 worth of btc now, you have no trust rating and you spend a lot of your time in the gambling section, 3 red flags.

The reason I can not get $ 4 worth of BTC now is becasue I dont have my own credit card and I am 17 years old.
