Title: Buying Bitmain S1 Antminers
Post by: Convicted2008 on November 03, 2014, 12:16:59 AM
I'm currently buying Bitmain S1 Antminers for .12BTC each and I will pay the shipping.(Details Below)

1. Escrow will be set up with seller confirmation of escrow arrangements as follows.

    A. BTC will be transferred to the escrow account and verified with the seller that the funds are in escrow.
    B. Seller will ship the miner(s) COD for exact amount of shipping costs.
    C. Seller will inform tracking numbers to buyer and escrow holder for verification miners are in route.
    D. Once miners are delivered buyer will contact escrow and seller to verify delivery.
    E. Once buyer and seller have confirmed that the miners were delivered and COD was paid, they both shall have to confirm this to the Escrow holder for funds to be released.
    F. If for some reason there is a dispute that cannot be resolved, then the escrow will obtain the funds. (This way both parties lose.)
    G. Escrow will received a 2% escrow fee for services of the total amount held in escrow.
    H. Buyer will assume all BTC transfer fee's associated with the transaction.

What possible reason, other than to rip people off, would you have for creating such detailed escrow requirements.

Rip people off? Explain that one to me when the escrow keeps the funds if the trade isn't completed. You make no sense at all if you read it. And I'm trying to keep both parties from being ripped off. That's the reason for the escrow and terms. The person that will be the escrow is yet to be determinded. It will ABSOLUTELY be a outstanding member of the forum and in A+ standing with the community.

I suggest using OGNASTY for escrow, he's a well known and trusted member of the community.

Why are you offering BTC0.12 for the S1's though? That's a pretty high price. I'm wondering what plans you have in mind for them!

If you don't know who will be doing the escrow how do you know what their fee will be?

Your post has some very ominous (and familiar) overtures.  I'm not trying to troll or flame you, just want to understand.

I'm trying to find a escrow now. The fee is stated in the post. The seller has the choice of the escrow as long as they are well noted. I'm just trying to keep both parties minds at ease of the transaction. But I am in search of a escrow. PM me. If your not well known on here then need not apply :D

Happy Mining and Trading
