Since a few months I'm a regular sportsbetter at cloudbet, but a few days ago I just placed a live bet on bröndby if - randers fc 1 (odd was between 6 and 7 at that moment) (a bit more than 1.9 btc, the maximum bet i could make and the odd was between 6 and 7 at that moment, sorry, i don't remember the exact numbers and can't look them up since cloudbet just deleted my bet). I got the green message in the corner: your bet is succesfully submitted (and the money as debited from my account), so i was satisfied, after the match I went back to their site and everything just looks like before, the amount which was debited from my account is now credited again and the bet is not in the bet history.
I contacted them but I still didn't receive any answer on my last mail, they started to neglect me.
I'm warning all of you for cloudbet!
PLEASE WITHDRAW ALL YOUR BTC AND NEVER DEPOSIT AGAIN AT CLOUDBET. THEY WORK PERFECTLY WITHOUT ANY ISSUES FOR A LONG TIME TILL SUDDENLY YOU WIN A LOT OF BTC'S AND THEY REMOVE REMOVE YOUR BET (AND THE MONEY AS WELL). I TRUSTED THIS SITE SO HARD BUT SADLY THIS APPEARS TO BE JUST ANOTHER SCAMSITE :(

I agree.  They are terrible.  Their Black Jack is definitely rigged and it takes YEARS for their programs to work.  Their games are not smooth.  They dont let you withdraw and you are left with no recourse but to play their rigged games.  I know variance can be tricky but theirs is ridiculous.  Looking to get a hand history but their customer blows got balls.  If you ask me they suck.. i don't get all the great reviews.  Their customerr service is terrible because there is no customer service.  No support online?  Really? WTF.  Their sportsbook is not bad but stay away from their casino.  You cannot explain some of the results.  In one stretch the dealer had 8 blackjack in 13 hands.  Variance, I know but when the program pauses and he pulls miracle card after miracle card and they refuse to give you a hand history to anayze, well that's enough for me to say they are an inferior book.  Not impressed.  I don't know if they are out and out scammers but the fact you cannot contact them is suspect.  Nitrogen with its bare bones look and utilitarian design is hands don the better book.  As for casino play, this is the worst. 

Last week I played there still safe, but I've pulled all my bitcoin, and switch play in directbet :)

I just lost 22 btc with the blackjack. Bets of 0.5 and 1 btc, always one of these bets, no martingale bullshit. About 2 hours later I am down to 0. You can clearly see the lag when the dealer is about to show his second card. Shouldhave pulled out when I was down to 10btc. Never seen an online blackjack where the dealer busts that little. And when you have 20, you better prepare for a lagspike and see the dealer hit 21, no matter what his starting card.

Well , just because you lost, doesn't make it a scam . Also, as you are a newbie, better post some txid's or proofs to prove your fact. Else, you can just be another business trying to discredit cloudbet.

THEY FROZE MY ACCOUNT AND NOW I AM OUT OF 25 BTC. DID THEY JUST STOLE IT??? OUT OF THE BLUE I AM NOT ABLE TO LOGIN AFTER PLACING 25 BTC WORTH OF BETS....
