Let me tell you.
You have your own invite link witch you can give members.

Important - Use the masked link if you want the people you invite to be credit your account!!
Or, you can invite by email here. (http://www.aerotalk.net/index.php?app=core&module=usercp&tab=referrals&area=logs)
 
Every person who registers with your invitelink (masked link) or from an email by you will be added to your refferer list.
 
That's simple! What do I earn by this?
 
You will ofcours be reward with your help! In the form of AeroX. (Read what AeroX is here (http://www.aerotalk.net/index.php?/topic/86-aerox-aerotalk-reward-system/))
For an invited friend to be considered as a community member he needs to have ateast 10 posts.
 
When you have 10 community members (atleast 10posts) you will get 1,000 AeroX.
This can be repeated forever. So if you have 50 community members, you can get 5,000 AeroX. And so on.
 
This is NOT an automated progress.
The AeroX reward is given by the staff manually, after reaching the necessary amount of community members you will be rewarded within 24 hours.
