Title: [45GH/s] Growing up [P2Pool Subpool] in Germany 0% Fee
Post by: Subo1977 on June 01, 2012, 10:53:10 PM
Hello,

I set up an  P2Pool Subpool for Public Access, because I want to Support the P2POOL Project.

Anybody can use it:

-Be Part of the Big P2Pool and Profit from small Connectionlatency when you connect from Europe.

-The Benefit from the P2Pool Pool without installation of the P2Pool Client

-No Registration Username = YOUR Bitcoinaddress

-Payout: PPLNS

-At Moment 0.01 % Fee ( the aktual fee can be seen on http://p2pool-cologne.dyndns.org:9332/fee

- The Stats can be seen on http://p2pool-cologne.dyndns.org:9332/static

It's  an VM running on an VMware Cluster for HA at a location near Cologne / Germany.

The Server is also listed at http://nodes.p2pmine.com/

Just set your miner to : http://p2pool-cologne.dyndns.org:9332 and use your Bitcoin address as your username and use anything for your password.

Have fun

Stefan

Hi Subo1977,

on your pool I have 19% rejected while other p2pool nodes gives only 7%...

Whats the problem? I'm from germany, that's why I would like to use your pool. I'm the "big" address on your pool ;-)

Subo1977,

it's me testung your node as a backup, but I see a huge amount of DOA which is very bad. I will let your node in my config as priority 3.

Sry to bother your connection and node.

no problem..

there was a Phase of our testing with low ( ~ 8 - 10%)  DOA and a phase with high ( ~50 % ) DOA. did you change somthing when you make our test?

Have a look on the statspage.

You can go on with testing on my node  :)

no, I only restarted cgminer. I think a hard switch generates some overload on your p2pool process or on the network connection/latency, but I don't know really.

I have only 0.8 - 1.2 % DOA on my local p2pool node. I'm useing cgminer 2.7.5 and CM1 FPGA boards.
