Preceded by Mr. Vulpes' thoughtful perlustration (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=829972) on the current state of bitcoin bloat, the raucous #b-a crew (http://trilema.com/2014/bitcoin-assets-m/) set sail for warmer waters.

The (regrettably named) Bitcoin Foundation was coronated in exiguous ceremony (http://trilema.com/2014/the-bitcoin-foundation-finally-incorporated/), as with many great things borne in #b-a.  There's already quite a bit of progress to date.  It should be interesting to see how this develops and if the de-crufted bitcoin core gains popularity within the mining community.

yea - these guys are deadly serious.

i would argue they are quite a bit more 'serious' than the other bitcoin [muppet] foundation
