I was trying to verify the credit card in my Skrill, Paypal and Western Union account, but both three accounts didn't accepted the Polish virtual credit card, so now I can't withdraw money from the credit card. Many people also complain about the credit card but I think there is a secret way to withdraw money from it, but I have no idea yet. Reward for the best working answer is 7,50 euro!!! Any idea?
