Considering you are asking about something so easy to do, it's likely to be buggy, sold to the floor and delisted and then your concern will be people showing up at your door with a shotgun.

if your doing a full POS coin like many going around today and most IPOs are then the premine would be 100% on the first block and then thats what you give to Bittrex to use for the IPO, really simple actually... thats why people need to wake up and be smart about where they place there btc, this is big money and people are still acting like its some computer game...
