I've purchased some Cloud Mining "contracts" from BFL however I see now that they're totally done for. How exactly does one go about getting a refund? I've already contacted the FTC and sent the current email recipient of BFL my refund request. I purchased my first contract in October of 2013. Any help is appreciated. Your money is probably gone though.
