first u need to find a signature campaign to join, bitin.io has one for your rank which pays well
they will tell you to change your signature, this option can be found by going to the profile page and then to forum profile information
most campaign will give you a code, post that in the signature section highlighted below and some may ask you to reset personal message, which is also highlighted

It will take months for you to level up to get to any appropriate campaign. By then you will have known how this works, so relax.

take a look at this topic for all the campaigns
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0

every campaign tells you what you need to do. generally you have to put their advertisement in your signature area and then do what you normally do in the forum which is posting. but the comments need to be constructive.

A Signature Campaign in Bitcointalk is a kind of advertising strategy used by companies. Because most of the bitcoin users hang-out around this forum,  companies have sought a way to use the members to advertise their services and products by means of attaching their advertisement in the signature area.

In return, users who join any signature campaign is rewarded with some btc for their time and effort in helping the companies advertise their services or products. Joining a signature campaign is a good way in earning some extra money without doing much effort. You just need to post constructively and spend some time on your computer. :)

Try to look for some site who are offering sig campaigns. Be sure that they are trustworthy and are worth helping out.

Be sure to read instructions and point out the unclear things you want to be cleared.

Put the code to your sig and you are good to go.

It might take hanging around for a while.  A lot have a set activity level (member , etc).  The higher you get the more choices the better it gets.

If you want to join one straight away and earn over 0.12BTC a month you can purchase an established account (which is allowed as per forum rules). At the same time it will continue to increase in activity and you will earn more once you reach higher membership statuses.

There are two campaigns that are willing to "hire" Newbies: the bitin.io and 777coin one. Those may not pay a LOT, but it's a good start and you get the hang of how a signature campaign works

Once you establish that you'll be posting constructive posts consistently, other campaigns would be more willing to sign you on as well

you wont be able to join any, esp ones that require sr. member or above.

regardless of posts you still have to wait for the activity.

It's clearly been stated that there are two campaigns that are looking for newbies and members of all titles

I joined a campaign when I had less than 30 posts; I made ~.01 BTC in a week just by posting

I have followed the sig. campaign more than 3 months, I am very satisfied with the service of the payments they make, to follow the sig. campaign we should be at a certain level by a certain amount to be paid as well, you must continue to be active in this forum, your membership level is determined by your activity in this forum, after a certain level you just follow the sig. campaign that is usually updated every month on the following link:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0
hopefully you can get a lot of programs bitcoin sig. this campaign ...  ::)

The link he provided has a list of the (most up-to-date list) campaigns currently running, newly opened, and closed ones now. There are ones hiring Newbies too (I'm a Newbie still!) so don't feel like you can't join one, although you'll be paid less
