But your transaction wasn't confirmed in 1 seconds. It will get its first confirmation after the next block has been mined. And to be considered fully confirmed, it requires 6 confirmations (6 blocks to be mined). Zetacoin's block target is 30 seconds, so it will take on average 6 * 30 seconds = 3 minutes to confirm your transaction. Whereas the Darkcoin's InstantTX system does not rely on the mining of the blocks for its confirmations. So it really is transacted and confirmed within seconds.
