The price is 400£ per Ghps per Month.

Minimum contract length is 4 month.

2x6990+board+psu+cpu = ~1000gbp (for ~1.5Ghash/s). 4 months = 120 days = 2880 hours. rig eats ~0.9kW. that's 2600kWh. 0.20gbp per kWh = 520 gbp. so ~1500 gbp if i buy a 1.5Ghash/s rig. 1600 for renting your 1 Ghash/s for 4 months. good deal, bro.

aaaaaand for the guy above: do you expect 1 difficulty increase within 4 months? wow. but it doesn't really matter, because renting his 1 ghash/s for 4 months is more expensive than buying a 1.5 ghash/s rig and operate it for 4 months. so...

edit: i feel the urge to rant. "family business" my ass. his post sounds so damn serious yet all he does is scam people.

another edit: 4 months @ 1 ghash/s is about ~55 bitcoins if you assume a daily increase of 3% in the network's hashrate (it's been over 5% for a pretty long time now). i think mtgox is cheaper.

you still forgot one thing... you get 1,5GHs by buying yourself but only 1Ghps by renting ;)
